Due to an unforeseen circumstances our booking schedule for the studio changed, delaying our filming time. This is evidence of the email between the Studio Manager and our group.

Music Video Inspiration

Here are music videos that we are drawing inspiration from in terms of the camera shots and angles and locations used within the video

From the .gif above, we have drawn inspiration on the editing technique used as it is very fast paced and cuts to different shots quickly which we would hope to use for our video.

The shots of the car is a wide angle shot used which we hope to incorporate into the scenery shots used for our video

We hope to use a beach location within our music video and help to capture it just like the .gif above in terms of the lighting and framing of the camera 

This is the inspiration for the setting of the amusement park where we are hoping to get the same vibe and shots that Beyonce's msuic video for XO did

Production Schedule

This is a brief outline on what our production schedule will look like, with the dates showing what day we are filming and what scene or location we would be filming that day. 

Actresses Agreement Forms Signed

This is evidence showing the actors/actresses agreement forms being signed by the artists and group representatives. The scanned photos show the agreement form and what the requirements are for the video and what they need to adhere to.

Screen tests

This is the screen test for auditioning potential artists, the video includes the different angles used in order to help our artist become familiar with the camera.

This is our organisation of props where we plan out how we are able to get the props needed for each scene.

Sparklers	Crew and actors	High	Making sure that the sparklers are handled safely as it could lead to safety problems in injuring and burning the person
Stations (Liverpool Street & Canary Wharf)	Crew and actors	Medium	As the stations become overcrowded due to rush hour, the crew could be injured while filming these scenes due to the large amount of people where they could get squashed and trampled on. The crew should always be on a lookout that they are not in the way to prevent this from happening.
Stations (Liverpool Street & Canary Wharf)	The product (camera, equipment)	Medium	Making sure that the product is mounted on the tripod safely, due to the large crowds the camera may end up falling and breaking. In order to prevent this, the camera and equipment should be stored safely at all times.
Weather	Crew and actors	Medium	Checking the weather the day before filming, to ensure the weather is in good filming conditions
Theme Park	Crew and actors	High	Ensure that all crew and actors are safe during filming in the theme parks where it involves going on rides. To prevent any accidents, rides that are deemed too dangerous for filming should be avoided.
On location (beach scene)	Crew and actors	Medium	Scenes for the video include running around by the beach with a group of friends, actors could be injured due to tripping and to prevent this would ensure that the area is clear/safe enough to run around in.
Train	Crew and actors	Medium	While filming in the train, the actors and crew members could be injured or left behind. To prevent this, must make sure all crew and actors board the train together.
Band equipment	Crew and actors	High	Band equipment should be stored safely and should be placed in areas where it is less likely to cause any accidents. In order to do this, there must be a limited amount of people walking around while the band equipment is out to try and prevent any accidents.
Electrical wires	Crew, actors and product (lighting and camera)	High	If electrical wires are exposed, it could lead to the crew and actors tripping and causing injuries. It can also disturb filming as footage could be lost or the loss of lighting could interrupt a scene.

Mis en scene plans

This is the mis en scene plans, showing the different settings and locations on where our music video would be set, along with the costume and body language we hope that the artist/band would use for the scene.
